About Us:
DMSMatrix is a fast-growing cross-border commerce agency helping Indian sellers, brands, and distributors expand into the UK & EU markets. We provide end-to-end services including marketplace onboarding, Merchant of Record (MoR) models, international shipping, compliance, and foreign payment settlement.
Location: Thane, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Experience: 3+ years in eCommerce seller onboarding, marketplace operations, or sales at an agency/marketplace
Industry: eCommerce, Export, SaaS, Logistics
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with Indian sellers, brands, and distributors looking to expand internationally
- Pitch our end-to-end cross-border solutions, including MoR, logistics, and payment support
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential clients from across India
- Onboard clients and coordinate with internal teams for smooth activation
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Attend relevant industry events, expos, and networking forums to build visibility
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ yrs) in eCommerce sales, preferably with an eCommerce agency, marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.), or SaaS company
- Strong understanding of how Indian sellers operate and the challenges of global selling
- Wide network of seller communities, D2C brands, and regional distributors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in consultative selling
