“User” or “You” denotes any individual or entity utilizing DMSMatrix’s services.

3. Services Overview

DMSMatrix offers a comprehensive suite of services designed to streamline e-commerce operations:

Logistics Services: Cross-border e-commerce logistics, competitive shipping rates, order fulfillment, warehousing, cross-docking, order management, returns management, outsourced customer care, and end-to-end order tracking management.

Software as a Service (SaaS): Integrated sales channels, shipping label integration, inventory management, automated procurement, supplier management, invoicing and payment tracking, automated business processes, and sales channel compliance management.

Sales Consultancy: Managing outsourced sales, introduction to sales channels, relationship management, system-integrated sales, and expansion into new markets.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of DMSMatrix services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration and service engagement.

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Refrain from using DMSMatrix services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.

Payments are due as specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.

DMSMatrix reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by DMSMatrix are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works without explicit permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the course of the relationship. This obligation extends beyond the termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

DMSMatrix strives to provide high-quality services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DMSMatrix disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Cancellation/Termination

Either party may cancel/terminate the service agreement with prior notice as stipulated in the specific service contract. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.

10. Refunds

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by the accounts team. Following such review and approval, any approved refund based on the remaining term of the contract will be processed within 4 business days. In the event of an overpayment of SaaS fees by the customer due to error, DMSMatrix will refund such overpayment within 48 hours of receiving written notification from the customer detailing the overpayment.

11. Amendments

DMSMatrix reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
